Once subscribed, we will send user credentials to the customer. Customers will be able to update their own user information.
EDGARDocs is offering two types of roles. One role is a subscriber and another role is a user. A subscriber will be able to update CIK, CCC and password, a user cannot. But a subscriber will be able to use all the functions of a user.
Customers will be able to build their own submission profiles. For each company there will be one or more company profiles. If a customer has a profile information already saved into the database then his/her users will be able to load those fields automatically from the database before submitting the filing to SEC.
