EDGARDocs is now allowing filing for all form types under the following categories:
Users will be able to submit filing using HTML generated from PDF or from an external source. EDGAR form data will be filled up from the company profile. Users will also be able to assign or modify any field in that form. The application will transmit filings to EDGAR securely and retrieve messages from the EDGAR System.
